Finca San Lorenzo, in the lush hills of Cobán, Guatemala, sits at 1,500 meters above sea level—perfect for growing exceptional coffee. Owned by the Valdés family since 1987, the farm blends 110 hectares of coffee with 35 hectares of managed forest. With generations of expertise dating back to 1875, their sustainable practices ensure every cup reflects quality and tradition.

Finca San Lorenzo, nestled in the cool, rain-kissed hills near Cobán, Guatemala at 1,550 meters above sea level, is a vibrant coffee farm owned by the Valdés family. Since its purchase in 1987, the farm has grown from a single plot to 20 coffee lots spanning 110 hectares, with an additional 35 hectares preserved under thoughtfully managed forest. This fully washed Bourbon coffee delivers smooth caramel sweetness and crisp red apple notes that unfold into a rich, lingering dark chocolate finish.
