Order Processing

To ensure the highest level of service, orders are carefully prepared and dispatched promptly following confirmation.

Orders placed before the applicable cut-off time may qualify for same-day delivery across most Emirates. Orders placed beyond the cut-off will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

• 8AM: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman
• 12PM: Dubai

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day upon service resumption.

Delivery Coverage

Stone Town Coffee proudly delivers within the United Arab Emirates.  However, deliveries to some locations may take an additional 3–4 business days, including certain far-reaching areas in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi.

Please note that delivery may not be available to some remote locations. If you are unsure whether your area is serviceable, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within the same or following working day, depending on the order time and delivery location.

All deliveries are fulfilled through our trusted courier partners to ensure a seamless and reliable experience.

Delivery Notice

While we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, delivery may require an additional working day.

  • AED 20 - Standard Delivery

  • AED 30 - Remote Area Delivery

Complimentary shipping is offered on all coffee orders above AED 200.

Additional Information

  • Promotional and discount codes apply to products only and do not extend to delivery charges.

  • Orders may be delivered to your preferred residential or business address.
